Census 2020 Continues: Be Counted
With each passing day, the Rockdale Conyers Complete Count Committee and other Census 2020 committees across the nation are still encouraging residents to complete the Census. Ten minutes (or less) of your time will impact the next 10 years. The Census is safe, easy, and important.
If you haven’t completed the 2020 Census yet, it’s not too late (and it’s really easy)! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new deadline for the public to self-respond is October 31, 2020. The new date for the final 2020 Census count to be delivered to the President will be April 30, 2021. State redistricting data will be sent to states by July 31, 2021.
Please take a few minutes to respond online (www.my2020census.gov), by mail, or phone (844-330-2020), and be counted. The deadline for the Census has been extended, but don’t delay. Respond as soon as you can so you can be counted. Each person who responds to the 2020 Census helps their community secure its fair share of over $675 billion dollars in federal funding for roads, schools, healthcare services, and so many other programs.
