About The Events

Celebrate our country's independence at two events this year: the Celebrate Community Parade and Red, White and Boom! On Saturday, June 29 at 10 a.m. starting at Conyers First United Methodist Church (parking lot at 921 S. Main Street NW in Olde Town Conyers), join us for the Celebrate Community Parade, a walking parade through the historic residential district of Olde Town. Prizes will be awarded for the "Best of" in several categories.

Show your patriotic pride and love for our country by showing up and showing out in red, white and blue! Residents along the route are encouraged to participate in the parade or by spectating!

No motorized vehicles and no vendors please. For additional information, please contact Sandy Daniels, downtown event and business coordinator for Olde Town Conyers, at 770-929-4239.

Come back to Olde Town on Wednesday, July 3, and join your friends and neighbors for the return of fireworks to Olde Town Conyers at Red, White and Boom! The festivities kick off at 6 p.m. and include food trucks, children's activities, live music from two stages featuring the Fly Betty Band and the Tiger Bragg Band, a beer garden at the Patriotic Pavilion on Main Street, and fireworks starting at 9:30 p.m. Admission is free!
