Southeast Tourism Society (STS) has selected the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival one of the Signature Events of the Southeast for 2025.

This year’s festival was held in March 2025. Signature Events of the Southeast, formerly known as “Top 20 Festival and Event Awards,” was launched as part of the 40th anniversary celebration of Southeast Tourism Society in 2023. STS has recognized events and festivals around the southeast since 1985. Travel industry experts select top events to be highlighted for the year, and STS publicizes them throughout the United States.

The 2026 Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival, scheduled March 21-22, 2026, will mark 45 years of the spring festival that originated as a way to encourage cultural understanding and friendship through international music, dance, food and crafts. Held at the Georgia International Horse Park (GIHP), the festival has become a spring staple for friends, families, performing groups, and vendors who attend and participate annually.

“The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival has always been about more than just beautiful blooms – it’s about creating shared experiences that bring people together,” said Festival Manager Dawn Tanner. “We are honored to be recognized by the Southeast Tourism Society, and this award is a testament to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, vendors, performers and community partners who help make the festival possible year after year.”
