RFP - GIHP Equine Waste Removal and Shaving Sales
The City of Conyers is seeking proposals for qualified and experienced contractors to provide equine waste removal services, the sale of shavings, hay, and feed, and the coordination of golf cart rentals for customers at the Georgia International Horse Park, located at 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013. Proposals will be accepted until the due date and time on August 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the Georgia International Horse Park. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST at the Georgia International Horse Park’s Administration Office located at 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. Winter Wonderland
The City of Conyers is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to design, install, operate, maintain, and remove a seasonal “Winter Wonderland” and Ice Skating Experience at Celebration Park located in Olde Town Conyers, Georgia. Proposals will be accepted until the due date and time on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at Celebration Park (pavilion), 949 NE Main Street, Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, June 18, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum.
