The City of Conyers is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to design, install, operate, maintain, and remove a seasonal “Winter Wonderland” and Ice Skating Experience at Celebration Park located in Olde Town Conyers, Georgia. Proposals will be accepted until the due date and time on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at Celebration Park (pavilion), 949 NE Main Street, Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, June 18, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. The City of Conyers is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing all labor, materials, and equipment for a Metal Roof Replacement at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30012. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30012.
