The PEACH Award was created in 2018 by former City Manager Tony Lucas to annually recognize an employee for outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude. PEACH is an acronym for Positive Employees Are Conyers Heartbeat. 

The 2025 PEACH Award was presented to Court Clerk Supervisor Michelle Turner in the Department of Court Services at the annual employee appreciation breakfast held on January 21, 2026, at Cherokee Run Golf Club.
