The PEACH Award was created in 2018 by former City Manager Tony Lucas to annually recognize an employee for outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude. PEACH is an acronym for Positive Employees Are Conyers Heartbeat. 

The 2024 PEACH Award was presented to Destination Development Manager Teri Haler in the Department of Public Relations and Tourism at the annual employee appreciation breakfast held on January 24, 2025, at Cherokee Run Golf Club.
