***Before completing an Occupation Tax Application (aka Business License) for a new business or a new location, please contact the Planning and Inspection Services Department to verify the property contains the correct zoning classification.***  

The City has launched a new Public Portal for submitting and reviewing planning applications. All future planning applications will now be submitted and processed through this system.
